Having worked in the Corporate Training world before kids came along, lots of business cliche's used to fly around the office and this was one of the favourites... "Feedback is a Gift".
Now that I've got my own business, I'm realising how true this statement is!
When a review comes through, I do a little happy dance as they are all (so far!) glowing, wonderful accounts of our weekly classes.
